The Team

Who We Are

Here at OISCA we strongly believe in growing some of our own vegetables and healthy eating habits.

Gardening Is not only enjoyable, but also the best way to encourage healthy eating and provide lessons about nature and the environment. Planting requires patience, teamwork, confidence, caring for living things and watching them grow. These experiences will stick with our students throughout their lifetime. Our garden can be an interactive playground for kids that will connect all their senses. They can visualize, touch, and feel the fruits and vegetables; and enjoy the bright colors.

Nice meeting you. I’m Saeko SATO. I'm from Hokkaido, Japan.
I was an elementary school teacher. I also have experience teaching “dietary education” as a home economics specialty.
I focus on three points in order to make lunch.

1. Good for health
I make a well-balanced lunch for children.

2. Good for the heart
I make a lunch that children can enjoy eating. Children who enjoy eating take good care of food and friends.

3. Good taste
I devise cooking methods to enjoy eating without leaving anything.

FUN FACT!

During Covid-19, I sold Japanese "BENTO" boxes in Bangkok as "KOEDA BENTO". You can see samples of my bentos here @koeda_bento

What's for lunch, Chef Sato?
